Server management: what we do and what you do
Cloud, dedicated and GPU servers come with full access. You can manage them yourself, leave them to us or add the Plus level. Here is the difference, level by level.
Choose how much you manage yourself
Self-managed
For teams with their own technical staff or experience: you control the whole server and take care of its maintenance.

- The hardware or contracted platform, connectivity and the virtualization layer that applies.

- The operating system, firewall, ports, users, updates, applications, data and backups.
Managed
For people who would rather focus on their project: our team maintains the server, within the scope of the level.

- The same as self-managed, plus the server maintenance listed in the scope of your order.
- You do
- Your applications, content and data, and everything the scope does not include.
Managed Plus
For people who need more backing: a larger scope of tasks than the Managed level, listed in your order.

A managed service covers only the tasks listed in its scope, and tasks that are not included are quoted separately. The detail of each level appears in your order and in section 12 of the Terms and Conditions. Read section 12 of the Terms and Conditions

These are monthly amounts added to the price of the server.

Prices come from the catalog and are shown in the currency you chose. Dedicated and GPU servers share a catalog, so they have the same price.

Full access, always
Every server comes with full access, at any level.
Scope and extra tasks
A managed service covers only the tasks listed in its scope, and the scope of each level appears in your order. Tasks outside the scope are quoted separately and need your authorization.
Each party, its layers
Each party answers for the layers it controls: we for the tasks and layers we take on, and you for yours and for the decisions you make in them.
