The machines or services proposed, what each includes and the monthly cost. Where there is more than one reasonable way to solve it, we send the alternatives with their differences.
Do you work with other providers’ infrastructure?
Yes. We can propose a mixed setup combining what you already have with what we add, or quote a full migration where that is the better answer.
How long does a reply take?
Your enquiry opens a ticket with the sales team and the answer arrives on that thread and by email. If the project needs hardware availability confirmed with the provider, we say so in the first reply.
Does requesting a quote cost anything?
No. The analysis and the proposal carry no cost and no commitment.
